What does Tundra do?
Tundra hires out portable refrigeration cold room pods, freezer room pods, Temperature Controlled Environment pods and all types of refrigeration and freezer equipment large and small. Please contact the sales team to check for availability and delivery options charge.
Can I buy equipment from Tundra?
Unfortunately, our equipment is for hire only, short term or long term.
How can I find out the price of renting a piece of equipment?

If the product I want isn’t on the website can Tundra source it for me?
Tundra has a large refrigeration supplier network. If you can’t find a particular piece of equipment on the website, the chances are we can source it for you. Please contact the team with your sourcing enquiry.
Does My Hire Contract include maintenance?
Yes – all Tundra Hire contracts include regular maintenance and service, so there are no additional hidden costs.
Please note damage or misuse by customers is fully chargeable.
What do I do if my equipment stops working?
Tundra remotely monitors larger items of equipment so in the unlikely event your hired item has a fault we will most probably know before you and will already have an engineer on route.
How far in advance do I need to organize rental?
Tundra usually accept equipment orders up to 2 weeks before the desired delivery date, however this is dependent on availability and location. It is always recommended to get your order placed at your earliest opportunity. Tundra aims to react as quickly and as possible and is proud to have assisted customers with emergency situations.
How does payment work?
Tundra accepts all major credit cards and payment forms.
Does Tundra deliver nationwide?
Yes, Tundra will deliver anywhere in the UK and Europe. Delivery charges are dependent on location and equipment type and quantity. Please contact the sales team to check your delivery options and charge.
Does Tundra install the hire equipment?
Yes – Our experts will install and commission your hired equipment and have you up and running to the required deadline.
